艾司唑仑联合安神补脑颗粒治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy of Eszolam Combined with Anshen Bunao Granule in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder in Parkinsonundefineds Disease

目的:探讨艾司唑仑片联合安神补脑颗粒治疗对帕金森病睡眠障碍患者的效果。方法:选取2017年月月至2018年1月龙岩市第二医院收治的帕金森病睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组的观察组,每组50例,对照组给予安神补脑颗粒治疗,观察组联合应用艾司唑仑片治疗。治疗前后分别对患者进行PD睡眠量表(PDSS)评分,记录不良反应的发生次数。结果:2组患者的PDSS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组PDSS评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者出现不良反应的发生率略微升高,但两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且2组不良反应的发生率均较低。结论:艾司唑仑偏片联合安神补脑颗粒治疗帕金森病睡眠障碍疗效确切,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of eszolam tablets combined with Anshen Bunao granule on patients with sleep disorder of Parkinsonundefineds disease(PD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with Parkinsonundefineds disease sleep disorder admitted to Longyan second Hospital from 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with Anshen Bunao granule and the observation group was treated with eszolam tablets.(PDSS)score of PD sleep scale was performed before and after treatment,and the frequency of adverse reactions was recorded.Results:There was significant difference in PDSS score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of PDSS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was lower.Conclusion:Isazolam partial tablet combined with Anshen Brain Granule for the treatment of Parkinsonundefineds disease sleep disorder is precise,which can be widely used in clinic.
