注射用血塞通辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Angina Pectoris and Insomnia

目的:探讨注射用血塞通辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1—12月临淄区敬仲卫生院收治的冠心病心绞痛伴失眠患者94例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合注射用血塞通静滴治疗,2组疗程均为10 d。比较2组患者临床疗效及睡眠质量。结果:观察组总有效率为97.87%,明显高于对照组的85.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分为(6.23±2.06)分,明显低于对照组的(7.15±2.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用血塞通辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛伴失眠,可以明显提高临床疗效,改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong for injection in the treatment of angina pectoris complicated with insomnia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From January to December 2018,94 patients with angina pectoris complicated with insomnia in Jingzhong Hospital of Linzi District were randomly divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=47).The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong intravenous drip for injection,and the course of treatment in both groups was 10 days.The clinical efficacy and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.11%,P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the observation group was(6.23±2.06),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(7.15±2.34).Conclusion:Xuesaitong for injection can obviously improve the clinical curative effect and improve the sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with insomnia.
