原发性失眠患者的中医体质与睡眠质量的相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation Between TCM Constitution Distribution and Sleep Quality in Patients with Primary Insomnia

目的:分析原发性失眠患者的中医体质分布与患者睡眠质量的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的原发性失眠患者180例作为研究对象,采用横断面研究方法,收集所有患者的相关资料,按照《中医体质分类与判定标准》对所有患者进行体质分类,采用PSQI量表测量患者的睡眠质量,对患者的中医体质分布与睡眠质量进行相关性分析。结果:气虚体质、阴虚体质、痰温体质、气虚兼夹阳虚体质、气虚兼夹阴虚体质、阳虚兼夹痰温体质的患者失眠占比更大,PSQI量表评分更高。结论:中医体质分布与睡眠质量存在相关性,气虚体质、阴虚体质、痰温体质、气虚兼夹阳虚体质、气虚兼夹阴虚体质、阳虚兼夹痰温体质与睡眠质量之间相关性更大。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between TCM constitution distribution and sleep quality in patients with primary insomnia.Methods:A total of 180 cases of patients with primary insomnia and who treated in People′s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected by the cross-sectional research methods.The relevant data of all patients were collected,the patients were classified according to the Classification and Judgment Criteria of Constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Then,the sleep quality were measured by PSQI scale,and the correlation between TCM constitution distribution and sleep quality were analyzed.Results:The proportion of insomnia in patients with Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Phlegm-warming constitution,Qi deficiency and Jiayang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency with phlegm and warm constitution were more higher,and the PSQI score was higher.Conclusion:There is correlation between constitution distribution of TCM and sleep quality,and the correlation between constitution of Qi deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,Phlegm-warming constitution,Qi deficiency and Jiayang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency with phlegm and warm constitution and the sleep quality are more greater.
