杞菊地黄汤加减沐足对老年高血压合并失眠的效果研究

Effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction on Senile Hypertension Complicated with Insomnia

目的:讨论杞菊地黄汤加减沐足对老年高血压合并失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月佛山市中医院禅城高新区医院收治的高血压合并失眠患者48例作为研究对象,根据患者就诊顺序进行编号,采用奇偶法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组应用常规西药给予降压,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加应用杞菊地黄汤加减沐足的疗法,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的睡眠质量有效率水平明显好于对照组患者,且观察组患者的临床治疗效果也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年高血压合并失眠的患者应用杞菊地黄汤加减沐足治疗,不仅可以改善患者的睡眠质量,同时在高血压控制方面也取得良好的效果,在临床上具有推广价值。

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction on senile hypertension complicated with insomnia.Methods:A total of 48 patients with hypertension and insomnia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the experimental subjects.The patients were numbered according to their visiting order and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,24 cases in each group by parity method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine to reduce blood pressure,while patients in the observation group were treated with Qiju Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective level of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the clinical effect in the observation group was also significantly better than that in the control group;the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang Decoction can not only improve the sleep quality of elderly patients with hypertension and insomnia,but also achieve good results in hypertension control.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
