全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞复合硬膜外自控镇痛对老年患者术后睡眠质量的影响观察

Observation on the Influence of General anesthesia combined with Epidural Anesthesia combined with Epidural Analgesia for Postoperative Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients

目的:探究全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞复合硬膜外自控镇痛对老年腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年4月菏泽市中医医院收治的老年腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者86例为研究对象,采用随机、平均分组原则分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组给予全麻联合硬膜外镇痛,观察组给予全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞复合硬膜外自控镇痛。比较2组患者的镇痛情况。结果:观察组的睡眠障碍发生率显著低于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞复合硬膜外自控镇痛对老年腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后睡眠质量的影响较大,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the influence of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia combined with epidural analgesia for postoperative sleep quality of elderly patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Heze City from May 2018 to April 2018 were selected as the study object,and they were divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group by the random and average principle.The control group were with general anesthesia combined with epidural block combined with patient-controlled epidural analgesia.Then the analgesia situation of two groups were compared.Results:The sleep disturbance rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the pain score was significantly lower than that of control group,there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia combined with epidural analgesia for postoperative sleep quality of elderly patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is great,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
