妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期睡眠状况调查与护理对策

Investigation and Nursing Strategy of Perioperative Sleep of Patients with Gynecological Malignant Tumor

目的:调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期睡眠状况并分析护理对策。方法:选择2016年8月至2018年12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院妇科收治的恶性肿瘤患者150例为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式调查患者围手术期睡眠状况,并评估手术前后主观睡眠情况,分析影响睡眠的因素,并给予相应护理。结果:手术前后患者的平均睡眠时间为(4.10±0.20)h,其中60%~90%患者在主观上感受认为睡眠状况变差。结论:正确认识妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期存在的睡眠问题,并给予有效的护理,有助于促进患者的康复。

Objective:To investigate the sleep status of patients with gynecological malignant tumor during perioperative period and analyze the nursing countermeasures.Methods:A total of 150 patients from August 2016 to December 2018 with malignant tumor admitted to department of gynaecology,in the first affiliated hospital of bengbu medical college were selected as research objects.The sleep status of patients during perioperative period was investigated by questionnaire survey,and subjective sleep status before and after operation was evaluated,factors affecting sleep were analyzed,and corresponding nursing was given.Results:The average sleep time of patients before and after surgery was(4.10±0.20)h,among which 60%~90%of patients subjectively thought that their sleep condition was worse.Conclusion:The correct understanding of the perioperative sleep problems of patients with gynecological malignant tumor and effective nursing can promote the recovery of patients.
