护理干预在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的应用及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of CT-guided Percutaneous Puncture Lung Biopsy with Focused Nursing Mode on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探讨聚焦护理模式在CT引导经皮穿刺肺部活检中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年5月重庆市渝北区人民医院呼吸内科收治的CT引导经皮穿刺肺部活检手术患者120例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的差异分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上联合使用聚焦护理模式进行护理,比较2组患者心率、心理状况以及并发症等方面的差异。结果:干预后观察组患者整体睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦护理模式能够尊重患者自身的思维,改善患者睡眠质量,促进患者自身护理技能的挖掘,可显著减少并发症的发生率,并使得穿刺成功率得以有效提升。

Objective:To explore the application value of focused nursing mode in CT-guided percutaneous puncture lung biopsy.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent CT-guided percutaneous puncture lung biopsy in Radiography Department of Ningde Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of nursing methods.The patients in control group were intervened by routine nursing.The patients in observation group were nursed by focused nursing mode on the basis of the nursing methods in control group.The heart rate and heart rate of patients in two groups were studied and compared.Differences in psychological status and complications.Results:After intervention,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.03,P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused nursing mode consciously respects patients′own thinking,improves patients′sleep quality,and promotes the excavation of patients′own nursing skills,which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and effectively improve the success rate of puncture.
