摘要
睡眠是大脑进行新陈代谢、维持细胞稳态所必需的生理活动。睡眠质量的好坏对人的精力、体力及记忆、思维、情绪等状态具有直接或间接的影响。失眠者对自己的睡眠不满意,非常羡慕好睡者,这就是睡眠能力及主观感受的差异。现总结多年失眠专科的临床经验和研究体会,探讨睡商、睡功、睡点、睡钟的概念和意义,以抛砖引玉。
Sleep is a necessary physiological activity for the brain to metabolize and maintain cell homeostasis.The quality of sleep has a direct or indirect impact on people′s energy,physical strength,memory,thinking,emotion and other states.Insomniacs are not satisfied with their sleep and envy good sleepers very much.This is the difference in sleep ability.This article summarizes the clinical experience and research experience of insomnia specialty for many years,and explores the concepts and significance of sleep quotient,sleep technique,sleep nodes and sleep clock,so as to offer a good starting point.
