摘要 针对3800车滚装船电气舾装在设计中遇到的一些问题和施工过程中的要求(例如电动活动甲板的拖链布置、防火岩棉延伸、智能化监控系统等方面),通过对电气舾装设计具体问题进行分析和采取对应的措施,得到问题的科学解决方法。文章以生产过程中设计要点、设备安装的注意事项为切入点,以大型汽车滚装船的重要设备为主,从规范、规则和设计原则的角度,阐述典型滚装船上具体问题所涉及的规范、设计原则和解决方法,给相关船舶设计人员提供参考与帮助。 Aiming at some problems encountered in the design of 3800 car Ro-Ro vessel electrical outfitting and construction requirements,such as the drag chain arrangement of electric movable deck,fire-proof mineral wool extension,intelligent monitoring system,etc,the scientific solution to the problem is obtained by analyzing the specific problems of the electrical outfitting design and taking corresponding measures.Taking the design points in the production process and matters needing attention for equipment installation as the entry point,and combined with the important equipment of large-scale automobile Ro-Ro ship,the specifications,design principles and solutions of specific problems on typical Ro-Ro ship are elaborated in terms of specifications,rules and design principles.It provides reference and assistance to relevant ship designers.
