摘要
文章介绍了某深海超大型FPSO矩形火炬塔及船体基座的设计成果。该FPSO因预留一座上部模块总体布置需要,在火炬塔下增加分液包模块,将火炬塔主腿柱的布置由三角形改为矩形,优化了火炬分液罐的工艺设计,降低了分液罐质量。火炬热辐射和可燃气体爆炸分析为火炬塔结构设计提供了基础数据。通过分析公司企业标准对火炬头海上维修吊装和FPSO浮态的要求,优化了火炬头维修吊架系统、结构防风激振动和防火保护设计。阐述了火炬塔结构运输和吊装分析,介绍了公司企业标准对火炬塔船体基座的要求。通过设计提高了拖航工况结构的许用应力,并提出FPSO拖航监测及结构检验的要求,保证了火炬塔船体基座的安全。
The design results of a deep water large FPSO rectangle flare tower and hull foundations are introduced.For the general arrangement requirement of a future topside module on this FPSO,a knockout drums module is added below the flare tower,so the flare tower is modified from 3-legs to 4-legs type.The process of flare knockout drums is optimized to reduce the weight.The flare heat radiation and gas blast analysis results provide the input data for the structural design of flare tower.The requirements of flare tip handling offshore and FPSO floating condition in the General Specifications of the oil company are introduced.The design of flare tip handling device on the FPSO is optimized.The anti-wind induced vibration and fire protection design on the flare tower is optimized.The design of the flare tower transportation and lifting is presented.The requirements of flare tower hull foundations in the General Specifications are introduced.The allowable stress on hull foundations in towing is increased while there is special requirement of monitoring during FPSO towing and inspection of hull foundations to ensure the safety.
