摘要
文章针对某型直齿轮拉削过程中出现的严重喇叭口问题,建立其三维几何模型,通过选取不同定位面,运用ANSYS软件对拉削过程中工件的变形进行有限元分析。并根据仿真模拟结果,更改拉削定位面,修改现场使用卡具结构,有效的改善了该工件产生的喇叭口现象,为后续拉削工艺的设计与优化提供有力的依据。
In this paper,aiming at the serious bell mouth problem in the broaching process of a spur gear,a threedimensional geometric model is established.By selecting different locating surfaces,the deformation of the workpiece in the broaching process is analyzed by using ANSYS software.According to the simulation results,changing the broaching positioning surface and modifying the clamp structure in the field can effectively improve the bell mouth phenomenon of the workpiece,and provide a strong basis for the subsequent broaching process design and optimization.
