基于C51单片机的矿井瓦斯智能头盔的电路设计

摘要 基于C51单片机的矿井瓦斯智能头盔的电路由瓦斯浓度采集模块,GPS模块,GPRS模块,C51系列单片机,光电和语言模块,RAM/ROM,A/D模块等几部分组成,其中斯传感器能够监测煤矿井下气体环境中的瓦斯浓度,可以连续自动的将井下瓦斯气体浓度转换成标准电信号输送给ECU,GPS模块定位高浓度气体的区域,GPRS模块用来传输数据,数据转换成数字信号,传输给ECU处理后在传给执行器,数据和系统储存在处理器里面。能够在矿井下浓度较高时候报警,确保井下工作人员和地面监测人员能够及时的掌握矿井内的瓦斯浓度并安全撤离,尽可能的保证工作人员的安全,减小煤矿瓦斯爆炸造成的影响。 The circuit of mine gas intelligent helmet based on C51 single chip consists of gas concentration acquisition module,GPS module,GPRS module,C51 series single chip microcomputer,photoelectric and language module,RAM/ROM,A/D module,etc.The gas concentration in the underground can convert the gas concentration of the downhole gas into a standard electric signal and send it to the ECU continuously and automatically.The GPS module locates the area of the high concentration gas.The GPRS module is used to transmit data,and the data is converted into a digital signal and transmitted to the ECU.After the ECU processes it,it is passed to the actuator,and the data and system are stored in the processor.It can alarm when the concentration is higher in the mine,which ensure the underground workers and ground monitoring personnel can timely grasp the gas concentration in the mine and evacuate safely,and it ensure the safety of the workers and reduce the impact of coal mine gas explosion.
