摘要
随着汽车行业的发展及人们对汽车乘坐舒适性要求的不断提高,车辆减振引起了研究人员和企业的广泛关注,而在减振手段中,吸振器备受重视。传统吸振器结构简单,对单频激励减振效果明显,在建筑、机械、航空等领域广泛应用。但其减振频带窄,严重制约了吸振器的使用范围。通过调节吸振器参数改变吸振器固有频率可有效拓宽吸振器减振频带。文章以质量、刚度为调节参数,研究吸振器宽频减振机理。
With the development of the automotive industry and the continuous improvement of people's requirements for ride comfort,vehicle vibration reduction has attracted extensive attention of researchers and enterprises.Among the means of vibration reduction,vibration absorber has attracted much attention.The traditional vibration absorber has simple structure and obvious effect on single-frequency excitation.It is widely used in construction,machinery,aviation and other fields.However,the narrow frequency band restricts the application of the absorber seriously.By adjusting the parameters of the absorber and changing the natural frequency of the absorber,the frequency band of the absorber can be effectively broadened.In this paper,mass and stiffness are taken as adjusting parameters to study the broadband vibration reduction mechanism of vibration absorber.
