摘要
汽车开发过程中,为降低整车质量,节约材料成本,企业会对提出轻量化要求。研发质量轻且性能好的零件,是设计师所要考虑的重要问题。后纵臂是汽车底盘重要零件,对后纵臂进行尺寸优化,并综合考虑零件材料性能,提出满足强度性能要求且质量更轻的设计方案。根据方案思路重新设计零件,对新方案及旧方案进行仿真计算,对比方案更改前后强度性能差异,从而判断轻量化方案是否可以实施。
In the process of automobile development,in order to reduce the quality of the vehicle and save material costs,companies will put forward lightweight requirements.Developing components of light quality and good performance is an important issue for designers to consider.The rear longitudinal arm is an important part of the chassis of the car.The size of the rear longitudinal arm is optimized,and the material performance of the part is considered comprehensively.A design scheme that satisfies the strength performance requirements and is lighter in quality is proposed.The new scheme and the old scheme were simulated and compared before and after the change of the scheme to determine whether the lightweight scheme could be implemented.
