关于动力总成悬置系统数值计算的工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着科技的快速发展,人们对车辆乘坐的舒适性提出了更高的要求。作为汽车主要振动源之一的动力总成,其悬置系统的优劣直接影响了整车NVH性能的好坏。文章通过数值计算对动力总成悬置系统进行分析计算,得到模态与解耦率的解析解,并且MSC.Adams仿真结果进行对比,说明动力总成悬置系统的数值计算方法的计算精度满足工程应用的需求。因此,设计工程师可通过数值计算方法对动力总成悬置系统进行设计匹配。 With the development of technology,people have higher requirements on the comfort of vehicles.The main source,vibration of the vehicle,is powertrain.The performance of mount system is the important factor of the vehicle NVH.In this paper,the powertrain mount system is analyzed by numerical calculation,and the analytical solution of mode and decoupling rate is worked out.Comparing the numerical results with the MSC.Adams simulation results show that the calculation accuracy of numerical method meets the demand of the engineering application.Therefore,the engineers could match the mount system of the powertrain after numerical calculation.
