机械式变速器齿轮啸叫分析与优化

摘要 机械式变速器齿轮副在啮合过程中产生的高频啸叫噪音,主要是由齿轮副的啮合错位和冲击引起的。利用振动和噪音传感器测试,通过主观评价及噪音阶次分析确定了啸叫的来源。利用Romax软件分析,通过齿轮的微观修形,降低了齿轮副的传递误差及优化了齿轮接触区域;经整车测试及主观评价,该方案对提高车内噪音品质有明显效果。 The high-frequency noise generated by the gear pair of the mechanical transmission during the meshing process is mainly caused by the misalignment and impact of the gear pair.Using vibration and noise sensor testing,the source of noise was determined by subjective evaluation and noise order analysis.Using Romax software analysis,through the microshaping of the gear,the transmission error of the gear pair is reduced and the gear contact area is optimized.After the vehicle test and subjective evaluation,the scheme has obvious effect on improving the noise quality inside the vehicle.
