汽车加油口盖连接工艺研究

Research on connection process of automobile fuel filler cap

加油口盖位于车身侧围,遮挡在汽车油箱加注口或充电口外,主要起到供加油枪/充电器进出,遮蔽油箱加油口的作用。同时,加油口盖的成型质量、精度和侧围外板的DTS匹配精度关系着汽车的外观品质、客户感官质量以及产品商品性,为加油口盖设计、制造、质量控制的重点、难点。目前大多主机厂采用点焊加油口盖,但是由于焊接变形较大,存在加油口盖外观不平、刮伤漆面、与侧围外板间隙不均匀等问题。文章重点介绍几种连接方式的加油口盖,包括金属点焊加油口盖、金属包边加油口盖、塑料加油口盖。在平衡成本和质量的前提下,提出多种工艺解决方案。

Fuel lid is located on the side of the car body and covers the refueling mouth of the oil tank or the charging mouth.It is mainly used to provide the entry and exit,refueling gun/charger and cover the refueling mouth of the oil tank.At the same time,the molding quality,precision and DTS matching precision of the side outer panel of the fuel lid are related to the appearance quality of the automobile,customer’s senses and the commercial quality of product.which are the key points and difficulties for the design,manufacture and quality control of the refueling mouth cover.At present,most automobile manufacturers use the spot-welding fuel lid,but due to the large welding deformation,there are problems such as uneven appearance of the fuel lid,scratch paint surface,and uneven gap with the side outer plate.This paper focuses on the introduction of several types of fuel lid,including metal spot welding fuel lid,metal hemming fuel lid,plastic fuel lid.On the premise of balancing cost and quality,a variety of process solutions are proposed.
