摘要
文章研究了现代学徒制的实质、国外现代学徒制特点和我国现代学徒制的政策,依据南通职业大学汽车与交通工程学院汽车检测与维修技术专业同南通宝诚汽车销售服务有限公司的校企合作,组建“宝马班”,实施汽车检测与维修技术专业现代学徒制的联合招生培养工作,最后总结了现代学徒制培养模式实施中存在的困难,同时提出了对应的解决思路。
This paper studies the essence of modern apprenticeship、the characteristics of modern apprenticeship abroad and the policies of modern apprenticeship in China.According to the school-enterprise cooperation between automobile testing and maintenance technology specialty of Nantong Vocational University and Nantong Baozeng automobile sales and service Co.,Ltd.,BMW class is formed for implementing automobile testing and maintenance technology specialty cooperative enrollment and training students.finally,the problems encountered in the implementation process are summarized and related countermeasures are proposed.
