高职汽车营销与服务专业的实践教学改革与探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,各行各业对专业技术人才的需求呈现出日益增长的发展趋势。为深入落实国家人才战略,解决当前专业技术人才供给不足的现实问题,教育部门将教育体制改革作为当前教育事业发展的首要工作之一,出台了一系列的配套政策。部分涉及汽车营销与服务专业的高等职业院校在国家相关政策的的支持下,不断深化教学改革、完善课程体系、提高教学质量,为汽车行业输送了大量高素质、技能型人才。但受制于各种外部因素,多数高等职业院校进行的汽车营销与服务专业教学改革过程中,不仅没有达到预期效果反而对该专业发展造成了不利的影响。文章就高职汽车营销与服务专业实践教学改革的策略进行了初步的分析和探讨,希望可以为本专业的发展和创新提供积极的建议。 With the rapid development of China's social economy,the demand for professional and technical personnel in all walks of life shows an increasing trend of development.In order to thoroughly implement the national talent strategy and solve the current shortage of professional and technical talents,the education department has taken the reform of education system as one of the primary tasks of the current development of education and issued a series of supporting policies.With the support of relevant national policies,some higher vocational colleges of automobile marketing and service majors have continuously deepened teaching reform,improved curriculum system and improved teaching quality,thus providing a large number of high-quality and skilled talents for the automobile industry.However,due to various external factors,the teaching reform of automobile marketing and service major in most higher vocational colleges did not achieve the expected results,but had a negative impact on the professional development.This paper makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on the strategy of practice teaching reform of automobile marketing and service major in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide positive Suggestions for the development and innovation of this major.
