摘要
为更加科学地评估配电网可靠性,评估分析中应当考虑元件故障率曲线。通过威布尔分布函数采用分段式构造元件故障率浴盆曲线模型,按照馈线分枝逆流传递和顺流归并的方法,以江门A类供电区域配电网进行可靠性评估。结果表明,通过2018年关键部位安装“三遥”终端,其他部位安装“二遥”终端;2026年补充CB2、CB3配置“三遥”终端;2030年补充CB4配置“三遥”终端对配电终端进行优化设计,发现不同规划年各个配置方案可靠性均能满足规划要求值,在实际工程中具有良好的可拓展性。
In order to evaluate the reliability of distribution network more scientifically,component failure rate curves should be considered in the evaluation analysis.The Weibull distribution function is used to construct the tubing curve model of the component failure rate in segments and follow the method of feeder branch branch backflow transmission and downstream merging.Reliability assessment of a type A power supply distribution network in a Jiangmen it realized.The results show that"three remote"terminals are installed in key parts in 2018,and"two remote"terminals are installed in other parts;CB2 and CB3 are added in 2026 to configure"three remote terminals",in 2030,CB4 is configured to configure"three remote"terminals to distribute power terminal optimization design and found that the reliability of various configuration schemes in different planning years can meet the requirements of planning requirements and has good scalability in practical projects.
