C波段行波管同轴输出窗的研究

摘要 本文设计了一种可工作在C波段的同轴窗,并采用三维电磁仿真软件模拟对比了同轴窗的工作特性同时也对微放电效应阈值进行了模拟对比。该设计的窗应用到实际制管中,输入、输出高频部件电压驻波比均小于1.35,并获得良好的热测性能。 A C-band coaxial window is designed.The S parameter of the window and the multipactor threshold are simulated by 3D electromagnetic code and are compared with those of previous windows.The designed window is applied in TWT fabrication,the VSWR of input and output RF parts are all less than 1.35 in cold-testing,and good characteristics are achieved in hot-testing.
