摘要
目的:了解云南省农村订单定向医学本科生实践教学满意度,分析其现状及影响因素,为完善该群体的培养模式提供参考依据。方法:课题组抽取云南省3所高校共1673名农村订单定向医学本科生为调查对象,通过调查问卷和访谈提纲进行调查。内容包括基本情况,对实习时间、培养能力等内容的满意度和评价等。结果:84.13%的农村订单定向医学本科生对所在学校的实践教学满意。多数订单定向医学本科生认为基层见习或实习应安排在大五以前,医院和基层实习时间比例最佳为3∶1,最重要的临床实习科室是急诊科,应注重培养医学理论知识和临床技能。年级、教学安排等多种因素影响实践教学满意度。结论:培养高校应以培育胜任力为导向安排订单定向医学生的实践教学,强化能力培养与综合考核,进一步完善实践教学体系与培养模式。
Objective To understand the satisfaction on practical teaching of rural-oriented medical college students and its influencing factors,and provide references for improving it.Methods 1673 cases of rural-oriented medical college students were chosen from 3 universities in Yunnan Province with stratified cluster sampling method,and surveyed with questionnaires and inter-view.Results 84.13%of these sampled students were satisfied with the practical teaching.Most of them believed that they should start grass-roots practice or internship before the fifth grade,and the optimal ratio of hospitals and grass-roots internship was 3∶1.The most important internship department is the emergency department.The cultivation of medical theory knowledge and clini-cal skills should be valued.The factors of grade and teaching arrangement can influence their satisfaction on practical teaching.Conclusion It is suggested to develop practical teaching of rural-oriented medical college students oriented in competency cultiva-tion,strengthen the capacity training and comprehensive assessment,and further improve the practical teaching system and train-ing mode.
