青少年生活满意度的发展趋势及其提升路径的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development Trend and Promotion Path of Adolescents’ Life Satisfaction

目的:探讨青少年生活满意度的发展趋势以及“孝”在提升其生活满意中的作用。方法:采用青少年生活满意度量表对862名青少年的生活满意度现状和发展趋势进行分析,随后对实施“孝”的实验校和常规校的265名青少年的生活满意度进行差异分析。结果:(1)青少年的生活满意度发展呈稳步下降态势,且存在性别和是否独生子女的差异;(2)实验校和常规校青少年的生活满意度差异有统计意义;(3)回归分析发现,“孝”可以正向显著预测青少年的生活满意度。结论:青少年的生活满意度发展呈下降趋势,而“孝”可以显著提升并预测其整体生活满意度,尤其是友谊、自由和学业满意度等方面。

Objective To explore the developmental trend of adolescents’life satisfaction and the role of filial piety in improving their life satisfaction.Methods We used the Life Satisfaction Scales Applicable to Chinese Adolescent Students to analyze the status and development trend of life satisfaction of 862 adolescents,and then analyze the difference of life satisfaction of 265 adolescents in the experimental school and the routine school.R esults(1)The development of adolescents’life satisfaction showed a steady downward trend.Demographic factors such as sex and whether an only child affect this trend;(2)There is a significant difference in life satisfaction of adolescents between the experimental school and the regular school;and(3)“Filial piety”can positively predict life satisfaction of adolescents.Conclusions Although the development of adolescents’life satisfaction presents a gradual downward trend,“filial piety”can significantly improve their overall life satisfaction,especially in terms of friendship,family and freedom satisfaction.
