基于师范类专业认证的教师教育课程内容改革研究 被引量:51

摘要 师范类专业认证的目的在于建立健全教师教育质量保障体系,提高教师综合素质,为国家培养卓越教师。师范类专业认证的实施必将加快教师教育课程改革的进程,为培养卓越师范生奠定基础。对照师范类专业认证的要求,中国教师教育课程还存在着课程结构不合理、课程内容陈旧、实践类课程较为薄弱等问题。应根据师范类专业认证的要求与标准,借鉴发达国家教师教育的经验,对教师教育课程内容进行改革:构建以学生为中心的教师教育课程体系、优化重组教师教育课程内容、加强教师教育实践课程建设。 The goal of accreditation is to ensure that education provided by institutions of higher education meets acceptable levels of quality.At present,many teacher education programs in China are providing either outdated or useless or purely theoretical curricula.It is,therefore,necessary to establish an accreditation system for teacher education so as to help improve competencies of our teachers,as well as promote curriculum reform and guarantee quality in our teacher education programs.To live up to the requirements and standards of accreditation,we should learn from the experiences of developed countries and carry out curriculum reform in teacher education.Especially,we need to update and upgrade our curriculum content,provide students sufficient hands-on training,and move to?ward student-centered classrooms.
