不同料型的配合饲料对大菱鲆幼鱼生长与饲料利用性能的影响

Effect of feed type on growth performance and feed utilization in juvenile turbots(Scophthalmus maximus)

摘要 试验旨在比较营养成分相同的软颗粒饲料和硬颗粒饲料对大菱鲆幼鱼生长、饲料利用性能及体组成的影响。试验设计2个处理组,分别为软颗粒饲料组和硬颗粒饲料组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复50尾大菱鲆幼鱼,初始体重为(7.23±0.02)g,试验期56 d。结果表明:2种饲料类型对大菱鲆幼鱼的存活率(SR)和摄食率(FR)均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但软颗粒饲料显著提高了大菱鲆幼鱼的终末体重(FBW)、相对增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR),降低了饵料系数(FCR)(P<0.05)。2种饲料类型对大菱鲆幼鱼的脏体比(VSI)、肥满度(CF)以及鱼体营养成分没有显著性影响(P>0.05),但软颗粒饲料组的大菱鲆幼鱼肝体指数(HSI)显著高于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05)。由此可见,软颗粒饲料是更适合大菱鲆幼鱼的料型。 The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different feed type(soft pellet diet and hard pellet diet)with the same nutrient on growth performance, feed utilization and body composition in juvenile turbots(Scophthalmus maximus). Two treatments were designed: soft pellet diet group and hard pellet diet group, with six tanks per treatment,and 50 juvenile turbots per tank, the initial body weight was(7.23±0.02) g. Experiment period was 56 days. The results showed that no significant difference was observed on survival rate(SR) and feeding rate(FR) in juvenile turbots between two groups(P>0.05), however, the final body weight(FBW), weight gain rate(WG) and specific growth rate(SGR) of juvenile turbots were increased significantly and the feed coefficient(FCR) was decreased significantly in soft pellet diet group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in viscerasomatic index(VSI), condition factor(CF) and body nutrient composition of juvenile turbots between the two groups(P>0.05), but soft pellet diet significantly increased the hepatosomatic index(HSI) of juvenile turbots(P<0.05). In conclusion, soft pellet diet is more suitable for juvenile turbots than hard pellet diet.
