不同来源单宁酸替代高锌对保育猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:24

Effect of different sources of tannic acid instead of high zinc on growth performance, serum biochemical index and antioxidant index of nursery pigs

摘要 试验旨在研究不同来源的单宁酸替代氧化锌对保育猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化指标的影响。选用156头杜长大保育猪,分为4组,每组设3个重复,每个重复13头仔猪。对照组喂高锌(1.5 kg/t)饲粮,3个试验组(五倍子粉组、五倍子水解组、栗木粉组)喂单宁酸(500 g/t)饲粮。试验结果显示,五倍子粉、五倍子水解、栗木粉单宁酸替代高锌均能提高保育猪的生长性能(P>0.05);五倍子粉、五倍子水解、栗木粉单宁酸组降低腹泻率的效果不如高锌,但都在5%以内(P<0.05);五倍子粉、五倍子水解、栗木粉单宁酸能降低保育猪血清尿素氮的水平及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性(P>0.05);五倍子粉组、五倍子水解组、栗木粉组在抗氧化性能方面可替代高锌组(P>0.05)。结果表明,在保育猪阶段,在饲料中添加量为500 g/t的五倍子粉单宁酸、五倍子水解单宁酸、栗木粉单宁酸能够替代高锌(1.5 kg/t)使用。 The test aims to study the effect of different sources of tannic acid instead of zinc oxide on growth performance,serum biochemical index and antioxidant index of nursery pigs. 156 DLY weaned piglets were selected and divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 13 piglets per replicate. The control group was fed a high zinc oxide(1.5 kg/t)diet, three test groups were fed with tannic acid(500 g/t) diet: gallnut powder tannic acid group, gallnut hydrolyzed tannic acid group, chestnut powder tannic acid group. The results showed that gallnut powder, gallnut hydrolysis, and chestnut powder instead of high zinc oxide could improve the growth performance of nursery pigs(P>0.05);gallnut powder, gallnut hydrolysis and chestnut powder have lower effect on diarrhea than high zinc oxide(P<0.05), but all within 5%;gallnut powder, gallnut hydrolysis and chestnut powder can reduce serum UN and ALT, AST, AKP in nursery pigs(P>0.05);gallnut powder, gallnut hydrolysis, and chestnut powde can replace high zinc group in antioxidant. Gallium powder tannins, gallic hydrolyzed tannins,and chestnut powder tannins can be used in place of high zinc(1.5 kg/t) in the nursery pig stage at 500 g/t.
