摘要
为探究YZ-1复合菌主要成分及其对青贮体系中细菌多样性的影响,应用Illumina Miseq测序方法,对YZ-1复合菌以及分别添加了0.08、0.04、0.02 g/t 3个浓度YZ-1后,发酵45 d的全株玉米青贮料进行细菌多样性分析。结果显示,YZ-1主要菌群为醋杆菌属,其次为乳杆菌属;与不添加YZ-1的对照组相比,不同浓度YZ-1均能显著增加青贮体系中乳杆菌属菌群所占的比例(P<0.05),降低阴沟肠杆菌属所占比例(P<0.05),YZ-1复合菌最佳添加浓度为0.02 g/t。
To investigate the effect of complex bacteria YZ-1 on bacteria diversity in the corn silage fermentation,the Illumina Miseq sequencing was employed to analyze the dominant bacteria diversity of YZ-1, and that of the45-day-fermented corn silage fermentation added with 0.08 g/t, 0.04 g/t and 0.02 g/t of YZ-1, respectively. The results showed that the dominant bacteria diversity of YZ-1 is Acetobacter, followed by Lactobacillus. In the corn silage system, the proportion of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05) by adding different concentrations of YZ-1, and the proportion of Enterobacter was reduced significantly(P<0.05). The optimal concentration of YZ-1 for the corn silage fermentation was 0.02 g/t.
