摘要
试验旨在探究确定采用β-环糊精包合薰衣草精油的最佳工艺条件。选取β-环糊精与挥发油的比例、包合温度和包合时间作为主要影响因素,通过单因素试验和二次回归正交试验,确定β-环糊精包合薰衣草精油的最佳包合条件。结果表明:包合效果最佳的工艺条件为β-环糊精与精油的比例7.9:1、包合温度43.9℃、包合时间1.58 h。在该条件下,薰衣草精油包合率的期望值是85.36%。通过验证试验,5个重复试验的薰衣草精油包合率分别为83.20%、84.63%、85.30%、85.79%和87.28%,平均值为85.24%。通过5次验证试验,其平均值与理论的期望值85.24%非常接近,表明所选的工艺条件可行。
The aim of the study was to explore the optimum conditions for encapsulation of Lavender essential oil.β-cyclodextrin was used to encapsulate lavender essential oil. Taking the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to Lavender essential oil, encapsulation temperature and encapsulation time as the main influencing factors. A single factor test and a quadratic regression orthogonal test were performed to determine the optimal conditions for using β-cyclodextrin to encapsulate Lavender essential oil. The results showed that the optimum inclusion conditions were the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to essential oil 7.9 : 1, inclusion temperature 43.9 ℃ and inclusion time 1.58 h. Under these conditions, the expected inclusion rate of lavender essential oil was 85.36%. Through validation test, the inclusion rate of Lavender essential oil in five repeated tests was 83.20%, 84.63%, 85.30%, 85.79% and 87.28%, with an average of 85.24%. The validation experiment showed that the selected process conditions are reliable.
