中外图书馆特色服务类别框架比较研究

The Construction of Library’s Characteristic Service Category Framework and Comparison Between China and Foreign Countries

近年来,中外图书馆的特色服务不断涌现,成为各个图书馆形成差异化优势的重要基础。文章在对图书馆特色服务研究文献展开系统梳理的基础上,对图书馆特色服务的内涵进行了界定,并从服务开发和服务创新两个维度构建了图书馆特色服务的类别框架,包括体验升级、资源挖掘、群体细分、模式创新四类特色服务。在此基础上,文章对中外图书馆的四类特色服务展开了比较,研究结果表明,国外图书馆在体验升级类特色服务方面更具优势,其他三类特色服务则是中外图书馆各具特点。

In recent years,the characteristic services have emerged,which has become an important basis for the differentiation advantages of libraries.Based on the analysis of the research literature on characteristic service of the libraries,this paper defines the connotation of the library’s characteristic service,and constructs the category framework of the library’s characteristic service from the dimensions of service development and service innovation.It includes four types of characteristic services:experience upgrade,resource mining,group segmentation and model innovation.On this basis,this paper compares the four types of characteristic services of Chinese and foreign libraries.The results show that foreign libraries have more advantages in experiencing upgraded characteristic services,and each of the other three types of services has its own characteristics.
