摘要
文章以美国的佛罗里达州学术图书馆服务合作社和中南地区图书馆委员会,中国的中国高等教育文献保障系统和珠江三角洲数字图书馆联盟为调查对象,从组织管理机构、继续教育形式、继续教育内容、师资队伍情况和激励机制等方面比较分析中美图书馆联盟对馆员开展继续教育的异同,发现我国图书馆联盟缺乏专门的继续教育部门,培训管理体系不健全,继续教育形式和内容也过于单一。鉴于此,我国应该在联盟内部建立培训部门和一体化的培训体系,以规范馆员继续教育;同时整合各类继续教育资源,广泛推行网络教育模式,丰富继续教育内容,以提高馆员综合素质。
Based on the survey of Florida Academic Library Services Cooperative and the South Central Regional Library Council in America,the China Academic Library&Information System and the Pearl River Delta Digital Library Alliance in China,the paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of the librarians’continuing education of library alliance between the China and America from the management organization,continuing education form,continuing education content,teaching staff and incentive mechanism and so on.It is found that the library associations in China lack a special continuing education department,the training management systems are not sound,and the forms and contents of continuing education are too monotonous.Therefore,China should establish a training department and an integrated training system within the alliance to standardize the continuing education of librarians,integrate various types of continuing education resources,and widely implement online education models to enrich the contents of continuing education,thereby improving the comprehensive quality of librarian.
