台湾地区农家书屋的创新实践及启示

Innovative Practice and Enlightenment of Rural Libraries in Taiwan

农家书屋是地方知识的门户,优质的阅读空间可以帮助农民开阔视野、转变观念、提升技能,是乡村文化振兴的重要助力。目前台湾地区在农家书屋的运营中积累了较为成熟的经验,其从文化惠农的视角出发,将农家书屋视为地方文化展示平台、社区生活学习中心、孩童阅读娱乐园地和乡土文化传承基地,并且极具前瞻性地推出了一系列措施来提升书屋的服务效能,推动文化建设植根于基层。文章从空间营造、运营推广、生活融入等视角出发对台湾地区农家书屋的运作经验进行梳理和总结,以期对我国大陆地区农家书屋的发展有所借鉴。

The rural library is the gateway of local knowledge.The high-quality reading space can help farmers broaden their horizons,change their ideas and improve their skills.It is an important boost for the revitalization of rural culture.At present,Taiwan has accumulated relatively mature experience in the operation of rural libraries.From the perspective of cultural benefiting agriculture,the rural libraries are regarded as local cultural display platforms,community learning centers,children’s reading and entertainment parks,as well as local cultural heritage bases.And a series of forward-looking measures have been launched to enhance the service efficiency of the village libraries,and promote rural cultural construction.This paper sorts out and summarizes the operation experience of rural libraries in Taiwan from the perspectives of space creation,operation promotion and life integration,so as to give some suggestions for the development of rural library in China's Mainland.
