摘要
抗病毒免疫作为天然免疫的一部分,在机体抵抗病毒入侵的过程中发挥着关键作用。去泛素化酶(deubiquitinase,DUB)是泛素化可逆过程的关键介导因子,近年来有多篇文章报道了去泛素化酶能通过调节抗病毒关键因子靶向核因子κB(nuclear factorκB,NF-κB)和Ⅰ型干扰素(interferon,IFN-Ⅰ)的产生来参与抗病毒天然免疫的调控。但是目前尚无能够靶向去泛素化酶调控宿主抗病毒免疫过程的小分子药物上市,本文讨论了近年来去泛素化酶对抗病毒天然免疫的调控作用及研究进展,希望能为去泛素化酶调控抗病毒天然免疫的机制研究提供新的见解,为开发新型抗病毒免疫的小分子药物提供理论依据。
As part of the natural immunity,antiviral immunity plays a key role in the resistance against virus invasion.Deubiquitinating enzymes(DUB)is a key mediator of the reversible process of ubiquitination.In recent years,many researches have reported that DUB could participate in the regulation of antiviral natural immunity by regulating the production of key antiviral factors NF-κB and IFN-I.However,there are currently no small molecule drugs that can target the deubiquitinating enzyme to regulate the host antiviral immune process on the market.The regulatory effect and research progress of DUB in antiviral natural immunity were discussed in this review to provide new insights into the mechanism of DUB in regulating antiviral natural immunity and theoretical basis for the development of new small molecule drugs for antiviral immune.
