摘要
本文以江苏为例,系统梳理了省市两级政府质量奖发展和实施现状,剖析了212家质量奖获奖组织概况,运用区域相关性分析方法,分别从江苏地理区域和13个设区市层面开展质量奖实施绩效与区域经济发展的相关性实证分析。研究结果表明,各地在获奖数量、获奖时间、所属行业、所属类型、组织成立时长等方面信息具有显著的正相关性,体现出质量奖实施绩效与区域发展存在相关性。各地区之间斯皮尔曼秩相关系数均高于0.9,质量奖在区域协同发展、互利共赢的辐射效应明显。
This paper reviews the development of governmental quality awards in Jiangsu province,and employs a regional correlation analysis to investigate the correlation between the quality awards performance and regional economic development based on the 212 rewarded organizations.The results show there are significant positive correlations between different both regions and cities in terms of awards quantity,time,industrial classification,type and establishing duration of rewarded organizations,indicating a correlation between the implementation performance of quality awards and regional development.The Spearman rank correlation coefficients between different regions are all higher than 0.9,reflecting the radiation effect of quality awards in regional synergy development and mutual benefits.
