摘要
本文主要以江苏获得省市级质量奖的企业为研究对象,采用主成分分析法和双重差分法,评价质量奖对企业经营绩效的作用影响。研究表明,DID(双重差分法)系数为0.469,说明质量奖对企业经营绩效具有显著的正向影响,明显促进企业经营绩效的增长。
This paper takes the enterprises receiving the regional quality awards in Jiangsu as the research objects,and uses both the principal component analysis and Differences-in-Differences(DID)method to evaluate the impact of regional quality awards on the enterprises business performance.The empirical results show the DID coefficient is 0.469,which reflects that the quality award has a positive effect on the enterprises business performance,and significantly promotes the performance growth of rewarded enterprises.
