摘要
本文从经济效能和社会效能角度构建区域性质量奖效能评估指标体系,并以江苏30家获得政府质量奖的上市企业为研究样本,使用改进PID指数(效能指数)模型定量测算质量奖在江苏2015-2017年的区域综合效能。研究显示,江苏质量奖效能PID指数为22.19%,质量奖对江苏区域经济和社会发展具有积极的促进作用,改进PID指数模型可用于测算和跟踪质量奖在不同区域和时期的综合效能。
An indicator system is proposed from the angels of economic and social effects.An improved PID model is employed to quantitatively measure the effectiveness of quality awards in Jiangsu province from 2015 to 2017 on the basis of 30 listed rewarded enterprises.The PID Index of quality awards in Jiangsu is calculated to be 22.19%,indicating that the regional quality award policy contributes to the regional economic and social development.The improved PID index model can be applied to measure and track the effectiveness of quality awards in different regions and periods.
