智慧建筑是当下城镇化发展、传统产业升级的重要领域,建筑全生命周期的相关信息全面数字化、平台化是智慧建筑发展的关键步骤。相比于传统项目建设模式,建筑数据平台化、智能化更加依赖于数据标准的统一和执行。本文着眼于建筑长期运维管理的需求,总结分析当前国内外已有的智慧建筑运维相关数据标准所涵盖的内容,工程实践情况,以及标准应用中存在的主要问题。旨在为我国智慧建筑数据标准体系的完善和优化提供参考。

With the development of urbanization in China,intelligent building has become to a significant field in the traditional construction industry.The digitization and platforming of building's life cycle is a key step in the development of smart buildings.Compared with the traditional project construction mode,intelligent building is more dependent on the unification and implementation of data standards.Focusing on the needs of long-term operation and maintenance management,this paper summarizes the existing data standards at home and abroad,also analyzes the main problems in the application of these standards,aiming to provide references for the improvement and optimization of China's smart building data standards system.
