社区管理和服务的标准化建设,是为社区的管理与服务提供最有效的技术支持。本文从南京市的现状和栖霞区开展社区管理与服务的标准化经验中总结、归纳了标准化建设的有益经验,为南京市的社区管理与服务标准化发展提供借鉴。

The standardization of community management and service provides the most effective technical support for community management and service.Based on the present situation of Nanjing and the experience on community management and service standardization in Qixia district,this paper summarizes the beneficial experiences of standardization construction,providing reference for the development of community management and service standardization in Nanjing.
