本文针对我国集中连片特困地区定西市通渭至榜罗红色旅游二级公路建设过程中精细化、标准化管理实例,进行有关地方惠农富农、脱贫扶贫、旅游公路建设管理的论述。

This paper takes the refinement and standardization management cases during the construction of the secondary highway for red tourism from Tongwei to Bangluo in Dingxi city,a centralized poverty stricken area,to discuss the issues on benefiting farmers and enriching farmers,poverty alleviation and management of highway construction for tourism.
