摘要
高端产业是对高技术产业概念的延伸和扩充。研究高端产业的内涵及主要分布领域,并从R&D投入、发明专利申请、新产品销售收入、工业销售产值、就业情况等方面分析我国高端产业的发展特征。最后,从加强顶层设计、支持高端产业发展,增加高端产业R&D经费投入,增强高端产业自主创新能力,以及引导各地区结合自身优势发展高端产业四方面提出支持高端产业发展的若干对策建议。
High-end industry is the extension and expansion of the concept of high-tech industry.This paper studies the connotation and main distribution fields of high-end industries,and analyzes the development characteristics of high-end industries in China from R&D input,patent application for invention,sales income of new products,industrial sales output value,and employment situation,etc.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to support the development of high-end industries from four aspects:strengthening the top-level design,supporting the development of high-end industries;increasing the R&D investment of high-end industries;enhancing the ability of independent innovation of high-end industries;and guiding various regions to develop high-end industries combined with their own advantages.
