克服“技术-市场”双重未知风险的新路径:共性技术设计——一个文献综述

摘要 首先揭示企业在应对不断增长的创新动荡和不确定性过程中会面临"技术-市场"双重未知的情形,传统的风险管理方法会存在局限性,指出共性技术设计是一种新的可能,使企业由决策模式转向设计范式来减少双重未知的风险。然后将创新管理、风险和技术管理、平台和模块化管理、组织能力、设计理论等综合起来进行讨论,构建双重未知管理的理论框架。最后提出共性技术设计的新行动逻辑,展望未来研究中的4个关键问题。以深化与推动风险管理和共性技术设计的交叉研究,拓展战略管理等理论边界,为后期持续研究奠定理论基础。 This paper firstly reveals the technology-market dual unknown situation that companies are facing while coping with the increasing innovation dynamics and the increasing level of uncertainty,the traditional approaches of risk management to solve this issue have some limitations,so the paper goes beyond the decision making to design paradigm that reduces risks by designing a new attractive solution,it is pointed out that the design of general-purpose technology is a new possibility.Then,the theoretical framework is built on the field of innovation management,risk and technology management,platforms and modularity,organizational capabilities,design theory literature.Finally,this paper provides a new action logic of general-purpose technology design and discloses four key directions for future research.It has important significance for the advancement of research on the interaction between risk management and general-purpose technology design,expands the theoretical boundary of strategic management and lays a theoretical foundation for the later continuous research.
