摘要
以计划行为理论为基础分析施工企业工程建设标准采纳行为问题。研究结果表明,主观规范和知觉行为控制正向影响着施工企业管理者的标准采纳行为;施工企业的采纳态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制通过标准采纳意愿这一中介变量影响着施工企业标准采纳的实际行为;知觉行为控制对施工企业的标准采纳行为影响机理较为复杂,在所有因素中处于影响程度最大的变量。
This paper analyzes the problem of standard adoption behavior in engineering construction of construction enterprises based on the theory of planning behavior. The results show that subjective norms and perceptual behavior control have a significant impact on the standard adoption behavior of construction enterprise managers. The factors such as behavior attitude, subjective norm, perceptual behavior control and so on will adopt behavior indirectly through behavior intention as intermediary variable. The influence mechanism of perceptual behavior control on the standard adoption behavior of construction enterprises is complex but is the most influential variable of all factors.
