摘要 压风供氧系统能够为井下避难人员提供充足的氧气,维持避难硐室必要的生存条件。为保证供氧系统能够连续供氧,且维持在人体适宜的压力范围,设计了基于PLC的避难硐室地面压风供氧系统。该系统通过钻孔将地面气源输入井下,并利用PLC自动控制技术使呼吸管道内的空气压力维持在150~300Pa之间,实现系统的连续供氧功能。一旦自动控制系统出现问题,语音声光报警器会立刻发生警告,提醒逃生人员手动打开闸阀。如果无人操作则监控分站将自动切换到高压氧气瓶供氧系统,以保证避难硐室内的人员健康。 The pressure-air oxygen supply system can provide sufficient oxygen for the underground refuge personnel and maintain the necessary living conditions of the refuge chamber.In order to ensure that the oxygen supply system can continuously supply oxygen and maintain the suitable pressure range of human body,apressure-air oxygen supply system based on PLC for refuge chamber was designed.The system input ground air into refuge chamber through boreholes,and maintained the air pressure in the respiratory pipeline between 150 and 300 Pa by using PLC automatic control technology,so as to realize the continuous oxygen supply function.Once the automatic control system has problems,voice sound and light alarm will immediately warn and remind the escapees to open the gate valve manually.If no one operates,the monitoring substation will automatically switch to the oxygen supply system with high-pressure oxygen cylinder,so as to ensure the health of the personnel in the refuge chamber.
