Revision of Parental Mediation of Online Activities Questionnaire

摘要 目的:修订适合中国文化背景的网络使用父母干预方式问卷,使其适用于我国中学生及其家长,更好地测量父母的网络干预方式。方法:研究以1094名初中生和558名学生家长为对象,对网络使用父母干预方式问卷进行修订。结果:探索性因素分析发现,修订后的学生版和家长版问卷均包括主动帮助、陪伴、约束、监控及技术限定五个维度,共25条目。验证性因素分析表明问卷结构效度良好。以传统教养方式为效标发现,主动帮助、陪伴与父母情感温暖正相关(r=0.16-0.42),约束、监控及技术限定与过度保护正相关(r=0.09-0.18)。两版本问卷各维度Cron?bach’sα系数分别在0.63-0.91和0.58-0.89之间。结论:修订后的网络使用父母干预方式问卷具有良好信效度,为以后相关领域的研究提供了可靠的测量工具。 Objective: This study revised parental mediation of online activities questionnaire to make it applicable for teenagers and their parents in China and better for measuring parental mediation approach. Methods: The study involved1094 junior high school students and 558 parents. Results: Exploratory factor analysis revealed five distinct factors(25 items): active-help, accompany, restrictive mediation, monitoring, technical restrictions; confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the five-factor model. Taking parenting style as the criteria, we found that active-help and accompany were positively correlated with emotional warmth(r=0.16-0.42), while the other three dimensions were positively correlated with over protection(r=0.09-0.18). The Cronbach’s α of student and parent version were ranged from 0.63 to 0.91 and 0.58 to 0.89, respectively. Conclusion: The revised version of parental mediation of online activities questionnaire is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing parents’ mediation of online activities in China.
