精神分裂症患者自我管理动机的异质性探究：基于聚类分析和潜在剖面分析

Heterogeneity in Self-management Motivation among Patients with Schizophrenia: Based on Cluster Analysis and Latent Profile Analysis

目的:探索精神分裂症患者的自我管理动机亚型。方法:采用治疗自我调节问卷和精神分裂症患者自我管理量表对222例精神分裂症患者进行测评,通过聚类分析法和潜在剖面分析进行分类。结果:高混合动机型、中自主决定型、低动力型是聚类分析与潜在剖面分析结果中平行可比的亚型。高混合动机型患者参与疾病自我管理的自主决定动机、受控动机水平均较高;中自主决定型患者的自主动机得分较高、受控动机得分较低;低动力型患者参与疾病自我管理的自主动机、受控动机水平最低。中自主-外驱动型、高自主-中受控型分别是聚类分析和潜在剖面分析中的特异类型。不同亚型患者的疾病自我管理水平具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:本研究初步揭示了精神分裂症患者中的自我管理动机亚型及其特征,可为精准化的自我管理动机支持策略提供依据。

Objective:To explore the subtypes of patients with schizophrenia based on motivation for self-management.Methods:The Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire and Schizophrenia Self-Management Instrument Scale were used in 222 patients with schizophrenia.Results:The highly-combined type,the medium self-determined type,and the low mo?tivation type were parallel comparable subtypes of cluster analysis and latent profile analysis.For the highly-combined type,the level of autonomous motivation and controlled motivation were both high.For the medium self-determined type,the autonomous motivation scores were rather high and the controlled motivation scores were rather low.For the low motiva?tion type,the level of autonomous motivation and controlled motivation were the lowest.The medium-autonomous and ex?ternally-driven type,the high-autonomous and medium-controlled type were unique types in cluster analysis and latent profile analysis,respectively.There were significant differences in disease self-management levels among patients with dif?ferent subtypes(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study initially explores the subtypes and characteristics of patients with schizo?phrenia based on self-management motivation,which can provide reference for developing tailored motivation related strate?gies.
