摘要
虽然网游成瘾2018年才被ICD-11正式列入成瘾性精神障碍,但对其开展的心理治疗探索已有近20余年,然而从现实情况来看,总体效果并不理想,因此对这些疗法进行必要的总结和分析就显得很有必要。本文系统综述了针对网游成瘾的认知疗法、行为疗法、认知-行为疗法、团体治疗和家庭治疗等常用心理疗法的最新成果,着重分析了各疗法的治疗原理,并对此进行了总结和展望。
Although Internet Gaming Disorder(IGD) has only been officially regarded as a mental disorder by ICD-11 in2018, relevant psychological treatments has been studied for around 20 years. There have been many achievements but their effects are generally unsatisfactory. Thus, it is necessary to summarize and analyze the major therapies. This study systematically introduced the latest achievements of five common psychotherapies for IGD, including cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, group therapy and family therapy, emphatically analyzed the principles of each therapy, and made a summary to discuss the trends in future treatment research.
