On the Theoretical Implication and Practical Path of Casting the Soul of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

习近平总书记在关于高等教育改革发展的一系列新论断、新要求中,集中阐述了新时代高校思想政治教育铸魂育人的战略设计和总体要求。要求我们牢牢把握“办人民满意教育,立德树人”的高等教育发展内在要求;科学分析高等教育发展的新形势,高度自觉地顺应高等教育人才培养的新趋势;深入研究新时代我国高等教育发展的客观规律,科学驾驭新时代高校思想政治教育的发展规律。深刻认识“三全育人”合力机制不健全问题、“德”与“学”如何有效对接问题和构建思想政治教育大格局与精准发力问题。从协同联动创新、体制机制创新、大学文化创新、教育理念创新、方式方法创新等五个方面,把握新时代高等教育改革发展的规律,使高校铸魂育人工作既能强基固本、形成常态,又能行稳致远、取得实效。

In a series of new theories and requirements on the reform and development of higher education,General Secretary Xi Jinping elaborated on the strategic design and overall requirements of the ideological and political education in the new era.It requires us to firmly grasp the inherent requirements of higher education development in the“education for people's satisfaction,high moral values establishment and people cultivation”;scientifically analyze the new situation of higher education development,and highly consciously follow the new trend of higher education personnel training;thoroughly study the objective law of the development of higher education in the new era and scientifically control the law of the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.It gives us a deep understanding of the problems of the imperfect joint mechanism of the“three full-education”,the effective connection of“morality”and“learning”,the construction of the general pattern of ideological and political education and the precise force.This article grasps the law of higher education reform and development in the new era from five aspects:synergistic linkage innovation,institutional mechanism innovation,university culture innovation,education concept innovation,method innovation,so that the work of educating people in colleges and universities can not only strengthen the foundation and form a normal state,but also make it stable and achieve practical results.
