The left-wing party is one of the most important political forces in Algeria.The cognition of the leftwing parties to the government impacts on their political participation mode,and the feedback from the regime to them determines the efficiency of political participation.The regime of Algeria provides and cautiously controls the space for left-wing parties to carry out political activities within the system,and tries to ensure the institutionalized political participation of left-wing parties wouldn't threaten itself.For left-wing parties,noninstitutionalized political participation is a necessary supplement,but restricted by historical and ethnic factors,and lack support of the people,it does not work smoothly too.Political Islam is an important variable of the political participation of left-wing parties,and the Algerian government is the converter of their relationship,which have profound impacts on the content and mode of political participation of left-wing parties.
