摘要
发展果桑产业是新时期蚕桑产业向多元化、生态型转型发展的一个重要途径。桑椹菌核病是果桑生产中危害最为严重的灾害性病害,根据病果外在症状可分为肥大性、缩小性和小粒性菌核病。桑椹菌核病的致病机制相对复杂,前期研究主要集中在流行病学规律及化学防治方法等方向,近年来,随着分子生物学技术和组学研究方法的发展与完善,病原生物学特性、病原侵染分子机制及病害生物防治等研究开始受到关注。本文综述了桑椹菌核病病原特征、生活史和病原分子生物学及菌核病生物防治等方面的研究进展,以期为桑椹菌核病的绿色安全防控提供参考。
Promoting mulberry fruit industry is an important approach to transforming the traditional sericulture industry into diversified and ecological modern industry at present. As the most serious disease in mulberry production,mulberry sclerotiniose can be classified into hypertrophy sorosis sclerotiniose,reduced sorosis sclerotiniose,and small particles sorosis sclerotinioseis according to its morphology and symptom. Previous researches focused on pathogenic epidemiology and chemical prevention due to the complexity in pathogenesis of mulberry sclerotiniose. With the development of molecular biology technology and omics research methods,pathogenic characteristics,molecular mechanisms of pathogen infection and biological prevention have gained attention in recent years. In this paper,we summarized the research progress on pathogenic characteristics,life cycle,pathogenic molecular biology and biological control of sclerotiniose to provide a reference for safe and ecological control of sclerotiniose.
