柞蚕雄蛾粉对醋酸铅损伤小鼠睾丸功能的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨柞蚕雄蛾粉对醋酸铅所致小鼠睾丸损伤的保护作用及机制,采用腹腔注射醋酸铅方法建立雄性昆明小鼠生精障碍模型,连续42 d灌胃添食不同剂量的柞蚕雄蛾粉(50、100和200 mg/kg),调查添食柞蚕雄蛾粉后小鼠睾丸指数、精子密度、精子畸形率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的变化。结果显示,与对照组相比,模型组和各试验组小鼠的睾丸指数均无明显差异,但模型组小鼠精子密度极显著减少,精子畸形率极显著升高;与模型组相比,不同剂量柞蚕雄蛾粉添食组小鼠的精子密度极显著升高,精子畸形率极显著降低。与对照组相比,其余各组小鼠睾丸中的SOD、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性显著或极显著下降;与模型组相比,不同剂量柞蚕雄蛾粉添食组小鼠的SOD、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性均有所上升,且存在剂量依赖性。研究表明,柞蚕雄蛾粉对醋酸铅所致的小鼠生精障碍有一定的改善作用。 To explore the protective effect and functional mechanism of tussah male moth powder on mouse testis injury induced by lead acetate,spermatogenic disorder model of male Kunming mice was established by means of intraperitoneal injection of lead acetate to mice. Meanwhile,different doses of tussah male moth powder(50,100 and 200 mg/kg)were intragastrical y given to mice for consecutive 42 d to investigate the effect of tussah male moth powder on the changes of testis index,sperm density,sperm deformity rate,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Na^+-K^+-ATPase in mice. As the results indicated,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in testis index in model group and tested groups,but an extremely significant reduction of sperm density and an extremely significant increase of sperm deformity rate occurred in model group. Compared with the model group,sperm density extremely significantly increased and sperm deformity rate extremely significantly decreased in the tussah male moth powder group. Compared with the control group,activity of SOD and Na^+-K^+-ATPase in testis significantly or extremely significantly decreased in the other groups. While in contrast to the model group,activity of SOD and Na^+-K^+-ATPase were both elevated and were dose dependent in the tussah male moth powder group. The study demonstrates that the tussah male moth powder can improve the spermatogenic disorder caused by lead acetate to some extent.
