摘要
以依托国家电网公司科技项目——新型长寿命多针式垂直接地技术研究及实现为背景,基于材料团簇理论及爆炸复合技术,研制出一种新型复合接地材料,设计了一套新型复合接地系统,兼备快速放电、高效泄流、强耐腐蚀及长寿命特性,成功应用于张庄110 kV变电站接地系统.经验证,新型复合接地系统极大降低了接地电阻,满足国家标准及规范,解决了接地系统高效、安全、小型化的工程难题,为变电站或发电厂的接地技术研究提供借鉴.
With the science and technology project of State Grid Corporation: "the new long-life multipin vertical grounding technology research and implementation"as the background,a new type of composite grounding material is developed and a new composite grounding system is designed based on the material cluster theory and explosive composite technology. This new composite grounding system,with rapid discharge,efficient discharge,strong corrosion resistance and long-life characteristics,has been successfully applied to Zhangzhuang 110 kV substation grounding system. It has been verified that the new composite grounding system can greatly reduce the grounding resistance and meet the national standards and specifications. It has solved the engineering problem of high efficiency,safety and miniaturization of the grounding system,and will provide reference for grounding technology research of substations or power plants.
